This cleaning system utilizes eco-friendly hydrocarbons—solvents known for their excellent solvency toward metalworking fluids, rust-preventive oils, quenching oils (particularly step-quenching oils)—as its cleaning medium. The process involves cleaning workpieces using both liquid solvent solvent vapor under vacuum conditions. Subsequently, the solvent is vaporized through heating under negative vacuum pressure to separate it waste fluids; the solvent is then cooled recovered for reuse. Finally, the workpieces undergo a drying phase under negative vacuum pressure.
