Production Line Configuration:
Comprises a CNC-controlled box-type multi-purpose nitriding furnace, a loading/unloading trolley, a vacuum cleaning machine, a preparation station, a finishing station, a hydrogen probe-based nitriding potential measurement system, a mass flow control system, a PE Nitriding Expert Control System.

1. The control system utilizes a European/American-branded "PE" system to ensure uniform consistently stable nitriding quality for the treated products.
2. The PE Nitriding Expert System allows for offline simulation of the nitriding process, as well as online, real-time calculation of the nitriding layer depth hardness gradient.
3. The hydrogen probe-based nitriding potential measurement system the mass flow control system ensure precise, real-time online control of the nitriding process.
4. Post-nitriding cooling offers two options: oil quenching air cooling.
5. A unique rear-drive mechanism for material handling ensures smooth reliable operation.
