Dual-Medium Multi-Purpose Quenching Furnace
Structural Type: Single-door loading/unloading (Model F features an integrated slow-cooling structure)
Applications: Carburizing, carbonitriding, protective atmosphere quenching, normalizing, etc.
Operating Temperature: 750°C – 950°C
Key Features:
1. The heating chamber features a modular silicon carbide muffle with built-in baffles, ensuring forced circulation of the furnace atmosphere to guarantee uniformity in both temperature atmosphere; a high-load-bearing, flat-bottomed silicon carbide hearth plate significantly reduces deformation wear on work trays, thereby extending their service life.
2. Equipped with a dual-channel programmable controller for temperature carbon potential, enabling automatic control of both parameters within the furnace.
3. The heating chamber houses high-power heating elements; heating power is regulated via an intelligent SCR power controller, a step-down transformer is utilized to lower the voltage supplied to the elements, thereby extending their operational lifespan.
4. The quenching chamber is fitted with an explosion-proof device, significantly enhancing the overall reliability safety of the equipment.
5. Features a high-power, high-flow, water-cooled, split-type circulation fan assembly; the motor drives the fan impeller shaft via a belt transmission system, which—while ensuring effective cooling of the fan—extends the motor's service life reduces maintenance costs.
6. Four symmetrically positioned agitators within the quenching oil tank—controlled by variable-frequency motors—ensure highly uniform cooling; the adjustable motor speed allows for precise control over the quenching process to meet specific requirements regarding part deformation.
