Composition:
The SUPER Series Multi-purpose Box-type Furnace Production Line consists of a multi-purpose box furnace, a material preparation station, a loading unloading trolley, a vacuum cleaning machine, a tempering furnace, a German PE control system, a host computer expert system.
Features:
● Equipped with a mainstream international control system. It utilizes an integrated control system a host-based expert system Germany's PE (Process-Electronic). In addition to modules for visual equipment process monitoring, warnings alarms, data recording storage, it features a specialized module for the offline real-time simulation of carbon diffusion—designed to establish optimize carburizing heat treatment programs. This module boasts a flexible, intelligent function for automatically generating heat treatment process parameters; operators need only input the workpiece material, key dimensions, carburizing atmosphere, required carburizing depth to automatically generate the complete heat treatment process. The system simultaneously simulates the surface hardening process diagram the carbon concentration distribution curve, allowing technicians to flexibly fine-tune the process parameters based on these simulated curves to calculate the carburizing layer depth in real-time.
● The equipment features an advanced rational structural design, ensuring excellent stability low operating costs. ● A perfect quenching cooling system is achieved through the integration of "fountain-style" quenching technology, a quenching tank featuring dual-sided, dual-agitation with stepless variable frequency speed control, PID-based oil temperature control. This configuration ensures uniform quenching hardness, excellent hardenability, minimal workpiece deformation.
● The carburizing process employs "Propane + Air" super-carburizing technology, which only reduces raw material consumption but also minimizes the occurrence of internal oxidation within the heat-treated workpieces.
● The equipment is safe reliable. It is outfitted with comprehensive safety mechanisms full interlocking functions, ensuring the safety of operators, the equipment itself, the workpieces throughout the entire operational process.
