Applications: Carburizing, carbonitriding, bright quenching, bright normalizing processes for small-batch, multi-variety components such as gears, shafts, bearings, chains, hydraulic parts, tools, standard parts.
Composition: Consists of a Benefit-type multi-purpose box furnace for carburizing quenching, a loading/unloading trolley, a vacuum warm-water cleaning machine, a tempering furnace, a preparation station, a completion station, a distributed control system featuring a human-machine interface.

1. The circular furnace chamber design optimizes the thermal radiation fluid dynamics fields, significantly enhancing the uniformity of furnace temperature atmospheric flow, thereby ensuring consistent quality in heat-treated products.
2. The system utilizes a German PE heat treatment process controller—a leading international standard—along with a zirconia oxygen probe to provide accurate, real-time, online control of the heat treatment equipment process execution, thereby ensuring stable reliable heat treatment quality.
3. A unique baffle system within the quenching oil tank—combined with automatic oil temperature control stepless variable-speed agitation—effectively mitigates product deformation while optimizing hardenability hardness uniformity.
4. The equipment's transmission mechanism primarily employs pneumatic components, featuring a design that is simple, practical, highly reliable.
5. The front chamber features a three-station design that allows for atmospheric exchange workpiece staging while quenching slow-cooling operations are simultaneously underway; this minimizes furnace idle time significantly boosts production efficiency.
