Japanese-Style Multi-Purpose Furnace for Carburizing Quenching

Structural Configuration: Single-door loading/unloading (Type F features a slow-cooling structure)
Applications: Carburizing, carbonitriding, protective atmosphere quenching, normalizing, etc.
Operating Temperature: 750°C – 950°C
Key Features:
1. The heating chamber is equipped with a modular silicon carbide circulation muffle, which facilitates forced circulation of the furnace atmosphere to ensure uniformity of both temperature atmosphere; a high-load-bearing, flat-bottomed silicon carbide hearth plate significantly reduces deformation wear on work trays, thereby extending their service life.
2. Utilizes a dual-channel programmable controller for both temperature carbon potential, enabling automatic control of the furnace environment. The heating chamber is fitted with high-power heating elements; heating power is regulated via an intelligent SCR power controller, a step-down transformer is employed to reduce voltage, thereby extending the service life of the heating elements.
3. The top of the quenching chamber is fitted with an explosion-proof device, significantly enhancing the overall safety performance of the equipment.
4. Features a high-power, high-flow, water-cooled, split-type circulation fan assembly. The motor fan impeller shaft utilize a belt-drive mechanism; this design ensures effective cooling of the fan while simultaneously extending the motor's service life reducing maintenance costs.
5. Equipped with four symmetrically positioned agitators in the quenching oil tank, driven by variable-frequency motors. This configuration ensures highly uniform cooling, the adjustable motor speed allows for precise control to minimize quenching-induced deformation of workpieces.
