Push-Type Carburizing Furnace Production Line

The Pusher-Type Carburizing Furnace Automatic Production Line is a highly automated heat treatment system designed for large-volume, continuous manufacturing. It is ideally suited for the carburizing carbonitriding of mechanical components—such as gears, bearings, drill bits—used in products ranging automobiles, agricultural vehicles, tractors to bearings oil drilling rigs. The complete line fundamentally consists of a pre-oxidation furnace, a carburizing furnace ( quenching heating furnace), quenching equipment, cleaning equipment, a tempering furnace, an automatic control system. Depending on production volume requirements, the system can be configured as a single-row, double-row, triple-row furnace layout.
Equipment Features:
● The pre-treatment furnace utilizes a centrifugal fan, radiant tube heaters, a hot-air circulation heating method, achieving a furnace temperature uniformity of ±5°C. Pre-treating parts in this manner accelerates the carburizing rate improves the uniformity of the carburized layer.
● A unique bottom-loading mechanism allows workpieces—following pre-oxidation—to enter the carburizing chamber below. This design minimizes the escape of furnace atmosphere, reduces the impact of the loading process on the furnace's carbon potential, decreases the accumulation of carbon soot within the furnace.
● The carburizing furnace employs electric radiant tube heating regulated by a Thyristor Power Controller (SCR) an intelligent instrument for continuous temperature control, achieving a furnace temperature uniformity of ±7°C. Consequently, the depth deviation of the carburized layer in the treated parts can be maintained within ±0.1 mm. Alternatively, gas burners utilizing fuels such as natural gas can be employed, achieving a thermal efficiency of up to 80%.
● A variety of carburizing atmospheres are available for selection, including endothermic atmospheres, nitrogen-methanol-based atmospheres, other drip-feed atmospheres.
● The carbon potential control system—comprising an imported carbon potential controller, an oxygen-carbon probe, a control valve—precisely regulates the carbon potential of the furnace atmosphere with a control accuracy of ±0.05%.
● Following carburizing, parts can undergo direct quenching, press quenching, slow cooling, offering comprehensive functional versatility.
● The multi-functional cleaning machine features a single-chamber structure equipped with both immersion spray cleaning capabilities. Process times are adjustable, water temperature liquid levels are automatically controlled. Additionally, it is fitted with an oil-water separator, ensuring excellent cleaning results while allowing for the recovery of waste oil.
● The low-temperature tempering furnace utilizes a centralized hot-air circulation heating method, achieving a furnace temperature uniformity of ±3°C. ● The furnace hearth tray conveyor rails are constructed silicon carbide, offering excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, a low coefficient of friction.
● The control system for the pusher-type furnace comprises three main components—an industrial PC, a program execution master control system, an operator console—forming a complete distributed control architecture. Users can monitor the operational status of the entire equipment suite at a glance via the operator console the IPC display. The PC interface provides access to comprehensive information, including a system overview, process parameters, tray tracking, offline simulation, password management, system help, exit functions.
● Compared to pit-type furnaces, this continuous automatic carburizing line achieves energy savings of 40–50%, while simultaneously reducing labor requirements auxiliary material consumption, as well as mitigating environmental pollution.
