an oil quenching tank, a cleaning machine, a tempering furnace, a

consistent quality in the treated products.
5. High Efficiency: The
furnace's thermal insulation utilizes lightweight, high-strength,
highly effective heat-blocking materials. Additionally, the use of SCR
power regulators achieves high electro-thermal efficiency conserves
energy. The mesh belt speed is adjustable via variable frequency
control, the temperature adjustment range is extensive; consequently,
by selecting the appropriate temperature belt speed, maximum production
efficiency can be achieved.
6. Precise Control: Temperature control
is managed by high-precision temperature controllers SCR power
regulators, enabling accurate temperature regulation with a control
precision of ±1°C. The use of high-precision zirconia probes atmosphere
controllers ensures a carbon potential control precision of ±0.05%C.
Furthermore, upon client request, an intelligent workstation can be
integrated to enable comprehensive monitoring management of the entire
equipment system.
