VCM Hydrocarbon Solvent Vacuum Cleaning Machine

This cleaning system utilizes eco-friendly hydrocarbon solvents—known for their excellent solvency regarding metalworking fluids, rust-preventive oils, quenching oils (particularly step-quenching oils)—as its cleaning medium. The process involves cleaning workpieces using both liquid solvent solvent vapor under vacuum conditions; subsequently, the solvent is vaporized through heating under negative vacuum pressure to separate it waste fluids, after which the solvent is cooled recovered. Finally, the workpieces undergo a drying phase under negative vacuum pressure.
Features:
1. Integrated Vacuum Cleaning
① Jet cleaning with solvent under high vacuum: This method delivers superior cleaning results for densely packed loads parts with complex geometries.
② Cleaning with solvent vapor under high vacuum: By leveraging the principle of vacuum flash boiling, this technique achieves highly effective cleaning— meets high-quality cleaning standards—for workpieces featuring threaded holes, blind holes, similar features.
③ High-flow solvent spray cleaning under low vacuum: This process serves to eliminate any "dead zones" missed spots that might remain after high-vacuum jet cleaning, ensuring that every product every specific component receives thorough complete cleaning.
2. Environmental Compliance
3. High efficiency, energy conservation, low operating costs; features include solvent regeneration minimal solvent consumption.
